Grade A:

Refurbished condition. The unit will be in optimal physical condition.

• All scratches will have been professionally polished or painted.
• The unit will be reset, tested, and equipped with the current recommended operating system.
• The unit will come with the appropriate rack mounting kit.
• Includes a 12-month guarantee with no questions asked.

Grade B:

Used condition. The unit may have scratches and scuffs consistent with normal wear and tear.

• Possibility of dents or indentations smaller than 5cm.
• Some small scratches may expose bare metal, none exceeding 5cm in diameter.
• Possible scuffing on plastic cosmetic items.
• Cosmetic restore paint may have been used, which may be visible.

Grade C:

Well-used condition with cosmetic imperfections. The system will be fully functional but is likely to have noticeable cosmetic defects, such as dents, scratches, chips, and other imperfections.

• Dents or indentations larger than 1cm in diameter.
• Large scratches that expose bare metal.
• Possibility of cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items that do not affect the machine's functionality.
• Cosmetic restore paint may have been used, which may be visible.
• Badges or logos may be missing. Minor cosmetic damage to the fascia or bezel is possible.
